Providence Health & Services partnered with us to design and facilitate a yearlong human-centered design (HCD) workshop series comprised of four core modules. The innovation fellowship helped employees redefine the healthcare experience, practice co-design methods with customers, and foster collaboration with external partners. Providence has initiated many HCD-led pilot projects in the Portland community – all addressing different population health needs.

Sprint from vision to reality.
Intel tapped into our team to help bring a new IoT platform to life in an immersive weeklong workshop. Our studio became the headquarters for multi-disciplinary teams working to bring concepts to reality in a single design sprint. By the end of day five, we demoed working examples for each of the platform’s signature elements – complete with a consumer mobile app, client and partner websites, and product reference designs.
